How do I register as a conference delegate?
Registration is available online at the Conference Registration page.

 
When & how do I pay for conference registration?
Conference Registration payment is processed as part of the online registration process with Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) and Direct Deposit payment accepted.

 
How do become an ANGVA member?
Click here to download the ANGVA membership form.

 
How do I register for workshops & technical tours?
These options are available to select within the Conference Registration process.

 
How do I get tickets to ANGVA 2007 functions?
Delegates (are partners) are invited to attend the Welcome Gala Dinner and the Pre-event Networking function.  Attendance at each event is complimentary, with delegates requested to
utilise the Conference Registration process to register participation.

 

Where should I stay whilst attending ANGVA 2007?
ANGVA 2007’s preferred accommodation providers are listed on the Hotels page, together with ANGVA rates and benefits.  Locations include the centrally located Sukhumvit area and Bangkok International Airport.

 
Are meals included with registration?
Morning tea, lunch and conference refreshments are provided with conference registration.  Cafe facilities are also available at BITEC.


How do I get to the conference venue?
BITEC is located at 88 Bangna-Trad Road, Bangna, Bangkok.

Many preferred accommodation providers offer a morning and afternoon shuttle bus for delegates.  Conference buses will also be available on a fixed circuit at scheduled times. 

The BTS skytrain is easily accessed in Sukhumvit and from most major hotels, with Bangkok Exhibition Services  offering a free shuttle bus service to and from BITEC-On-Nut Station.

 
What do I wear to the conference?
The dress code at the conference is smart casual or business attire.

 
Special Needs?
BITEC is equipped with the latest special needs requirements.

 
What happens if I can no longer come to ANGVA 2007 and have already paid?
Conference Registration can be transferred into another company representative name on written request to lana@ngvnetwork.com.

Registration can only be cancelled on receipt of your written request to lana@ngvnetwork.com up to 1 November, 2007.  All cancellations incur a 10% administration fee.
